Applications are invited for admission to the Cave Hill Campus Summer School Programme
2002. The teaching programme will commence on June 3 and will
end on August 4, 2002. Examinations in ALL courses will be
conducted between July 22 and August 4, 2002. Classes will normally be held between the hours of 4.00 p.m. and
9.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Saturday. Instruction in
each course will normally comprise three (3) two-hour sessions per week.
No person
may register for more than three (3) courses.
The fees per course
are as follows:
- UWI students -
BDS $300.00
- Non-UWI students -
BDS $400.00
- Students from
Non-Contributing Countries - US $500.00.
Students are advised that if any of the courses
should be cancelled, the University will refund in full, the registration fee paid.
All students are also asked to note that the courses
range from first year/level 1 to third year/level 3. The University will not refund
registration fees to persons who find themselves unable to cope with the demands of any
course.
Students who are successful at
Summer School courses do not have to take the courses the following
semester.
Non-UWI students
should apply on the appropriate forms no later than April 30, 2002.
Completed forms should be returned with the application fee of BDS
$15.00 to the Admissions Office of Student Affairs.
Registration of successful
applicants will take place no later than May
25, 2002.
